Meet the Counselor

 

Hi! My name is Kacie Schoenthaler and I am your Seal Elementary Counselor. This is will be my second year at Seal Elementary and second year as a school Counselor! I am very excited for another year of learning and supporting the amazing families here at Seal Elementary.

Here is a little more information for you to get to know me!

I am starting my 11th year in education. For the first nine years I worked in the Wichita School District. I taught first grade and second grade for seven years and then I worked as a behavior interventionist for two years. As a behavior interventionist I implemented and supported positive behavior supports for students. I completed my bachelor’s degree through Friends University and graduated from Wichita State University with a master’s degree in school counseling and obtained my license in school counseling.
