Weather permitting, the students will play outside. Weather that may require indoor recess includes rain, snow, lightning or extreme heat/cold. Students will NOT be allowed to stay in without a note from home. Heat guidelines will follow the KSHSAA Activity Modification Policy: Please click here for the link Cold Guidelines will be as follows for the "feels like" temperature: 32 degrees and above = outdoor recess 20-31 degrees = classes may go outside for limited breaks 19 degrees and below = indoor recess |
