GO BANANAS FOR KINDERGARTEN!!! 

We are getting ready for our trip to the Zoo on Monday, May 5th.  We have been reading and learning about different animals and their habitats. 

In Math, we are working on measurement.  We just finished telling time to the hour and half hour.  Everyone did a wonderful job with this skill.  We will be reviewing addition, subtraction, money and many other things before the end of the year.  I can't believe we are ready for first grade already!   

If you are planning on going to the Zoo with us...make sure you send the pink note and $4 to school by Wednesday.  This makes it easier (and cheaper) for you to enter the zoo with our class.  Thanks!

Read with your child each night...it makes a difference!
