We are off to a great school year! 

     There is excitement in the air at Seal Elementary.  There are many new faces in our building.  I invite you to check-in at the office to visit our classroom and see your child engaged in the learning process.  I encouraged any questions you may have.  "Together, we can make a difference."

We are already introducing cursive handwriting.

     We are strengthening our math skills by incorporating Accelerated Math in the 3rd grade.  We have been working with base ten blocks, standard and expanded notation, place values, coins, and bills.  

     We have already started racing into reading using Accelerated Reader.  Please ask your child about how they can win a car!

     It is a priviledge to be able to work with such wonderful students.  I truly feel blessed to have your child as a member of our class family.
